NEW EUROPE CAPITAL, RP CAPITAL GROUP, RENAISSANCE CAPITAL Own 25% of COMPULINK Shares
The DELTA PRIVATE EQUITY PARTNERS direct investment fund, which owns around 25% of the Russian IT company COMPULINK, has sold its stake.
The buyers are the RENAISSANCE CAPITAL investment bank, which organizes COMPULINK's upcoming IPO, the NEW EUROPE CAPITAL American fund and Britain's RP CAPITAL GROUP. They received 6.0%, 10% and 9.0% of COMPULINK shares, respectively. The funds that have invested in the company are pre-IPO investors, which expect an IPO to be held in the next two years. The COMPULINK group of companies specializes in the field of IT and consulting. The group is made up of USP COMPULINK (manufactures computers under CLR brand), GMCS, ASKATE and COMPULINK CENTRAL ASIA. Based on 2006 results, the group's overall turnover was estimated at $210m.
